St. George Tournament

We had fun at Jayla and Jessa's soccer tournaments.  It is so nice to have a lot of family down here. I have a feeling we will be visiting often, especially during the winter months.  We played in the sand at a National Park.  There was sand everywhere!

Putting sand on each other.  What else are cousins for?

The kids got a kick out of burying uncle D.J. in the sand.

The girls did really well in the tournament.  Jessa got MVP for the tournament for their team.  She made a goal for the shoot out and stopped 3 goals.  She also made a goal during one of the games.  She was so awesome!

Jayla scored the winning goal in the shoot out.  She played the best game I have seen her play in a long time.  She has really great form on her kicks and was sporting some new cleats because she left hers at home.  Fortunately she was growing out of her old ones so no harm done.  One girl on her team forgot her entire soccer bag uniform and all...it could have been worse!

It was the best!  Spending time with my family watching my girls play the best game in the world!
