Finalized

We were able to finalize Mikey's Adoption.  It was a long awaited day and we were so excited!  We were lucky enough to have Mikey's biological grandma come and celebrate with us.  The judge remembered Mikey from when his grandma adopted him.  She got a little emotional over the whole thing.  We had some great people involved, we had a great judge, lawyer and caseworker.  Afterwards we went out for pizza...Mikey's favorite.

When Mikey's grandma was asking him if he wanted to come live with us he said, "Yes..I sorry Nana, but I gots to go."  We are so grateful for this little boy and Nana.  Mikey is so sweet and it so cute how he gets so excited to introduce his mom and dad, his friend Kellan, and Jayla and Jessa.  Mikey and Kellan spend a lot of time together while the girls are at school and they have become really good friends.  Whenever Kellan is in trouble he tells us.."Mom, Kellan is my friend," not wanting him to go to timeout. We love this little boy more and more every day!
