Funnies

 Jessa: "Mom!  When I put my finger in my ear and push hard it hurts."
Mom:"lol, then don't do that."  What else do you say to that!?
Jessa: "Mom!  Whats so funny?"


I cooked rolls for dinner and Jessa was really excited.  She said, "Yum rolls, come to MOMMA!"

Jayla was asking how tall she will be when she grows up.  I told her that she would get pretty tall and that someday she would probably be taller than me because her birth mom and birthdad are pretty tall.  She busted up laughing her little head off for quit some time as she said, " Thats the funniest thing I have ever heard!"

Michael was changing Kellan's diaper on the changing table.  He bent down to grab another pair of pants for Kellan so his head was level with the changing table.  Kellan pulled back his leg and Karate chopped Michael in the head exclaiming, "HEEE YAH!"  After which he started giggling like crazy making Michael laugh and then Kellan says, "A happy," through all his giggles.

For the past several weeks Kellan would point out the window and say "A Ha Ha."  He was so obsessed with it...finally after several weeks we figured out that he had named the steeple on churches  " A Ha Ha" and he would point them out whenever he would see them.

We were getting ready the kids for bed.  Jayla was taking her time and we told Jayla that we were waiting on her to say family prayer with Jessa and Kellan.  Then Jessa looks over at us and says in an exasperated voice, (big sigh) "Kids these days!"  It was so funny.  We couldn't stop laughing.


Kristen was helping Kellan pray one night.  He would repeat after Kristen.
Kristen: "Dear Heavenly Father."
Kellan:  "Dear Heavenly Father."
Kristen: "Thank you for this good day."
Kellan: " Thank you for this good day."
Kristen: " Thank you for Jesus."
Kellan: "And Basketball."
