Family Reunion

This year at grandma's house everyone helped put together a huge water fight.  The kids LOVED it and lets be honest...when all the kids were finished, all the adults took over and started spraying each other.  A few, somewhat innocent little kids, may or may not have gotten mixed up in the cross fire.  I just wish I would have thought to take pictures of THAT.

WATER FIGHT

It wouldn't be grandma's house without having popcicles for breakfast.  Apparently this one got away from Jessa, but don't worry y'all...we teach our children not to waste their food.  They are fast learners.

Every time we get together the BOYS exchange the latest funny Ytube videos and everyone laughs hysterically.  I love it.

Uncle Brian taught all the kids how to beat up on the uncles.  Michael was the target of this flash mob.

CAMPING

So....like father, like son right?! RIGHT.  These two are so similar it is almost scary.  Whenever we go visit Michael's family I always see his dad doing something quirky and I think to myself...Ohhh, so that's where Michael gets it from...it ALL starts to make sense.

The kids had so much fun sleeping in the tent together...I'm not sure how fun it was for the rest of us, but they sure had fun.

Can I just tell you how ALL the aunts and uncles LOVE to play with the kids.  This family just LOVES kids...no LIE.  I didn't believe that families like this really existed, but I am here to tell you that I married into one.  Sometimes I have a hard time believing it myself.

The whole time Jayla was so SO SO excited to roast hot dogs and marshmallows for s'mores.  This was her happy face.

Jay roasted a bunch of hot dogs and marshmallows even though she only ate one marshmallow.  She liked the roasting part a lot more than the eating part.

I think that ALL the kids enjoyed the roating part a lot more.  Uncle Justin was Jessa's best friend and he helped her the whole time.  This family is so sweet to my little baby girls!

These two are so cute!  (Michael's Parents).  This is how I want Michael and I to be...with all our kids and grandkids running around and we are even more in love than ever.  Michael thinks I'm crazy that I'm already thinking about grandkids...and maybe I am...just a little.

WHITE WATER RAFTING AND THE BEACH

The girls built sand castles with grandpa, chased each other around, squirting the cousins, and swam in the river.

They all had to make sure and aunt Deanne was as wet as possible.

This was the beginning of our rafting adventure.  The girls liked it more than I thought they would.  They wanted to go again and again.

Hugging my girls as we float down the river. A little piece of heaven on earth.

All the girls..and Justin...went down the river.  That made us realize we need to do an ALL girls vacation.  It was fun that it was just us...and I got to PUSH Deanne in the river..a definite BONUS.

That's my girl...going down the river solo.  Love that aunt Emily.

Cute family picture on the river.  I love my family.

AWWWWWWWW!!  The weekend was too short as always.
