Thanksgiving and Jayla's Sealing Day

We got to celebrate Jayla's sealing day over Thanksgiving!  Can't believe Jayla is getting so old!  We had so much fun celebrating her!  She adds so much to our family.

For Thanksgiving we honored the people who came before us.  We talked about Native Americans and went hiking.  We were surprised to see some petroglyphs along the way.

This was the only picture she let me take.  I don't get it though because when we got back to the car I found a bunch of selfies on my phone from this girl.

We had to stop and rest for Quinton, but then by the time grandma caught up he wanted to leave us all in the dust again even though he would complain that he was tired.  His heart was mightier than his legs.  I love hiking and exploring with these kids.

So glad these ladies came!  They made it more fun for sure!

I made him crawl in there so I could get a picture.  He was a good sport about it.  I'm just preparing him for marriage.Lol

These cute boys ran the whole hike.  We had to slow them down.  I remember when we first got Mikey these two would cry and wanted to be carried the entire hike.  They have really grow since then.  So bitter sweet!  I miss their toddler selves, but they are growing up so well.

The next day we went out into the desert and let the kids shoot and collect way too many rocks that we had to take home with us.  I was finding rocks in my dryer for weeks.

Quinton wasn't taking no for an answer and just HAD to climb the mountain so I went with him so he would be safe.  This kid likes to FLY.

Mikey got pretty good at shooting and was able to hit the cans almost every time.

Kellan was pretty proud of himself and thought he was so cool.

This girl is always smiling.  I have so many memories of her making life so much better.  I love her so much!

Yeah this was just one of the buckets full of rocks that we had to take home.

Quinton was so excited because he found a dinosaur head...or a rock that looked like a dinosaur head.
