4th of July

We had the best 4th of July ever!  We went on this beautiful and short, easy hike, at least according to Aunt Emily, (it wasn't short and easy).  It was just what my soul needed.  I love going on these adventures with all these cute kids.

So after we sprayed all the little boys with sunblock they all decided to be "manly" and take their shirts off.  So cute!

Apparently creek water is yummier than water bottle water.

This was the path down to the waterfall.  I had to walk Quinton through it and Michael stayed at the top with Lucas but everyone else did great getting down. And it was worth it!  It was so beautiful

My adventurous girl!  I love her bravery and willingness to do and experience new things!

Surprisingly Quinton was afraid of the waterfall.  And I thought that he wasn't afraid of anything.

These two trouble makers.  That's not just a pun, these two really are trouble makers together.

Lucas had the best seat in the house.  He kept falling asleep on the way home.

Afterwards we had a barbeque and played in the water then we did fireworks.

Lucas kept clapping after every firework but had to stay close to his sister.
