Mikey: 4 Years Old

We got to celebrate this cute boy's 4th birthday!  It was bitter sweet for us.  It was a sad reminder of all of the previous birthdays that we were never a part of and all the years we will never know, and the extra 3 and a half years we could have had to bond with each other.  We will never have memories of his first step, his first smile, his first words, or holding him as a baby and toddler...but on the other hand we got to celebrate his first birthday with him in our family and we have many more to come and many more memories to make!

This cute boy knows his colors, letter sounds, shapes and we are going to start to teach him to read in the fall.  He LOVES building things, playing outside, watching T.V. swimming, snuggling with mom and dad, playing with his siblings, and playing with bugs.  He will eat anything you put in front of him except for oatmeal.  He LOVES fruits and veggies
