Family Reunion

We got to celebrate a few birthdays while we were at our family reunion  We celebrated Owen and Nolan over the weekend.  They were pretty excited about it.

Grandma and grandpa worked hard to set up a bunch of pools and a slip 'n slide in the backyard for the kids....they all loved it!

Jayla, put herself in charge of filling up the pools...she is very much that way.

It took this girl a little bit of time to want to get in the water, but as soon as she decided to get in we couldn't get her out.

These two boys would played with each other a lot outside.

Kellan was really excited to have a water gun just like all the big kids.

This was considered the "Mermaid" pool.  Only the girls would go in this one.

The little boys tried to do the slip n slide like the big kids, but it would usually be them flopping on their bellies and not going anywhere.  It was really cute.

Here are a few of the cute ladies I got to hang out with all weekend.  I have the best in-laws a girl could ask for.

Uncle Jason took advantage of every opportunity to get all the kids soaking wet and he was really sweet to allow all the little kids get him wet.

Don't let these innocent faces fool you.  These two are merciless water fighters.  There were no survivors when they were done.

Grandma in action!  I was pretty proud of her.

Aunt Deanne is awesome.  She gathered all the little girls together and painted all of the fingernails.  The girls loved it!

Uncle Brian got all the kids together too and helped everyone make a rocket.  Then we all went in the backyard and let them fly.  It was so much fun!

Aunt Emily put together a "Minute to Win it" for all of the adults after we put all the kids to bed.  She did a really great job! It was so much fun.  Michael and I actually came in third place.

We did miss Uncle Justin because he is still on his mission.  We will be so excited for when he comes home next April.
