Kellan's Sealing Day

We had a great weekend!  We were able to take Kellan to the temple to be sealed to us for time and all eternity.  It was an amazing day to have my sweet husband and our children all with us at the temple along with a bunch of our family. It is hard to believe that this is my family and that we could celebrate Kellan becoming a part of it.  We love these three kids more than anything.

Kellan's birthfamily was able to come for this special day.  It was great having them with us.  We love them.

I love this picture...Jayla is the only kid that is looking at the camera...the rest of them are all trying to squirm away to explore things...including little Kellan.

Love these guys.  They are a sweet family!  I miss living by them.

We were grateful for everyone who traveled so far to spend this day with us.  It was so much fun having them all there.  We felt very loved.

Kellan's Blessing Day

We are so blessed to be able to celebrate this special day as a family and we are grateful for a righteous priesthood holder to be at the head of our family.  Michael gave Kellan a beautiful blessing.

So grateful for this sweet little guy.  We are so excited for everything that is still ahead.

Afterwards we were able to spend some time with family eating all the food my awesome family put together.

Love these pretty girls!  We wish we lived closer to them.

I am so grateful for these two and what great people they are and for raising such an amazing son.

We were grateful to spend some more time with Kellan's birthfamily.

Yvonne's parents were here from Tiawan and they were able to attend.  They are so sweet!  We love them of course because we get to enjoy hanging out with their daughter.

My aunt and uncle Rolf and Tangie were so sweet to drop everything on short notice and come celebrate with us.

My grandparents were able to come as well.

I am so grateful for Michael.  Without him, I would not have these 3 beautiful children and I would not trade them for anything.  As we were sitting in the temple waiting for them to call us in, we were able to reminisce about when we got married 9 years ago in the Salt Lake Temple.  We are grateful for our temple marriage.  We are grateful that we were blessed with goodly parents who taught us the importance of a temple marriage.  We are grateful for the strength it gives our family and that our children are able to benefit from those blessings.  I know the blessings of the temple are real.  The temple helps us keep perspective and remember what things really are important and what things bring us true happiness.
