Today I am truly thankful. These past 2 months have been exceptionally difficult as we have had 3 serious adoption situations fall through. I have seen how God has placed friends and family in our path during this difficult time to help lift our souls. So many "coincidences" have occurred like having our old caseworker from Utah called us out of the blue, family coming to visit us right when we needed them, and friends calling us right when things were hardest to tell us how they have been thinking about us... wondering if we were ok. I look at my two daughters and can't help but love them and be so thankful for them. Even though our hearts are heavy we can't help but recognize that God loves us...and that, through others, He has been able to show His love to us. I am humbled by this and I can't wait to see the miracles that occur when He blesses us with another sweet baby.

So sorry for hard times Kristen. I'm sure you know that Heavenly Father has a plan for you. I'm excited for when he lets you in on all the miracles that are coming your way.
