We visited with Michael's family because his brother Tyson just got home from his mission. It was a lot of fun. Aunt Jessica, with the help of Deanne, Jamie, grandpa and Tyson put on a fabulous treasure hunt for Grandpa's birthday. It was sooo much fun! Here are all the kids piling into the van to go the high school to start the hunt.
Tyson dressed up like a pirate and was the leader of the crazy bunch.
Here are the kids reading the very first clue. They were so excited and it was so fun watching them RUN from clue to clue.
Baby Lydia grabbed the next clue and it was so fun that even the little babies were getting into it.
Jessa found this next clue all by herself. Grandpa had led all the other grand kids astray, but Jessa wasn't being fooled. She found Jamie hiding under the box holding the next clue.
These two sweet babies got a little distracted and moved on to bigger and better things. They are so cute. Who's kids are these anyway? Where are their parents?
The gym was a favorite clue spot for the kids....there was so much room for them to run.
I was proud of T with how intense he got. All the kids would gather around him to hear his next rhyme.
Awww yes. The kids finally found the treasure. Jessica stuffed it full of jewelry, ring pops and plenty of gold and silver candy. It was so cute! She did such a great job and of course the kids loved it!
This was Grandpa's face when he saw all the kids diving into the treasure. Now does he look like a proud grandpa or what!?
Every single one of the grandbabies is in this picture and I'm sure next year there will be several more. So many cute faces.
After the kids got heir fill we got to dive into the treasure too! I love my family!
Me and my cute...I mean HOT husband! He is my favorite! I love him so much.
Then we went back to the house to have cake and watch Nolan blow out the candles. Jessica made some pretty awesome cakes.
Happy Birthday Grandpa! We love you!
