We went to the base to see the Air Show last weekend. Wow! We saw some amazing planes. Jayla kept saying, "Wow that plane is HUGE!" It was so crazy to see how the planes worked and to think about all the many man hours that went into designing these massive planes. To see everything up close and to see the planes flying over head gave us a greater sense of pride in our country . Seeing all the service men made us feel really grateful for those men and their families. They sacrifice a lot for our country and we have so much respect for them.
We also got so see some ground vehicles that are used by the military. These too were impressive.
I got some shots of some of the amazing moves the pilots did during the show. It was so crazy that the pilots could be so accurate in their flying to keep from running into another plane.
Oh yes, and despite our ear plugs...it was LOUD. But everyone still had fun.
