We spent Thanksgiving with my family. It was just us siblings this year minus my brother Nate ( I was so sad). The boys played football in the 9 degree weather while the girls stayed indoors. We had a lot of fun eating my mom's yummy food and the pies where of course yummy too. We played games, played with the kids and sat around talking.
The kids going crazy on Uncle Matt...they had so much fun.
Jessa had to get in on some of the action. She LOVES to be chased.
While all of us adults were playing games like Rook and Pictionary, all of the kids were going crazy making huts out of ALL the cushions, getting into Brittany's purse and spraying the contents all over gramdpa's shoes. Here we are assessing all the damages. Well, at east they all had fun.
Cute little family. That little Vanessa cracks me up. She was telling Jayla that she has a cute cute cute baby...then she ran over and gave Jessa a squeeze. She is so cute.
We have a tradition in our family to go around saying what we are thankful for before we eat. I am so very thankful for my family, my husband in particular, adoption, my girls and their birth mothers and ALL that delicious food that I got to eat!
