Christmas at Grandma's House

We had Christmas early this year with Michael's family. This is the whole group. Everyone is here except for Tyson, who is serving a mission. It was sad without him and his dry sense of humor. We all really missed him.

Michael, just playing with cute Jessa. I think that she had the most fun of all getting into everything and exploring new territory.

Jayla and Jessa having fun with all of grandma's toys. Jayla's favorite toy is grandma's stroller and Jessa takes advantage of it.

Aunt Emily reading to all the kids. The kids LOVED having someone new read them a story instead of their boring moms.

Michael playing outside with Jayla. She was dying to go play on the teeter totter and the swing.

This is Jason opening his princess bag. We wanted Jayla to be a part of the gift giving, so we thought it would be fun for her to give Jason a present in a princess bag. Boy, were we ever WRONG. The whole time she wanted Jason to open his present so that she could have her princess bag back.

Aunt Jessica gave the girls a tutu. She mad them herself. They are so dang cute in them and Jessa LOVED it...can't you tell?

All the pretty grandkids...it was a miracle but we seem to have gotten a picture where they are all looking at the camera...more or less. They all had so much fun together. We miss them already!

Oh, yes, more presents! We had so much fun opening the thoughtful gifts from everyone.

Grandpa getting some very much needed cuddle time and Jessa is the one who gives that out. I love that she is so cuddly.

Group hug... you see the thing that you have to know about Michael's family is that they LOVE and they are not afraid to show it. Before we leave each time we visit we have to hug everyone at least once and Jason hugs us goodbye 3 or 4 times. I do love this family and I am so grateful for them all!
