11 Months Old

Little Jessa is not so little. She weights 22 lbs and is 29 inches tall. She is in the 75th percentile. She seems so much older than an 11 month old to me...she walks, and even runs. She communicates so well...she knows how to sign, say UP, UH-OH and BOO, give 5, give kisses, and she will even randomly walk up to you, hug your leg, and then keep on running. She LOVES reading books. She also LOVES to be LOVED and CUDDLED. She has such a sweet personality. She still grunts ALL the time...I wonder if she will ever grow out of that one...she won't be our little Jessa anymore when that happens. One of her favorite things to do is to copy us. Any sound we make she mimics right back to us. It is really funny...we have to be careful because when we go out into public she will mimic other people and it has been a little embarrassing at times. For instance, last week there was a woman sitting behind us that keep clearing her throat unpleasantly. Well, Jessa kept making the same gurgling, choking sound right back to her...wow, I had never been so excited to leave church before...but I would be lying if I didn't crack up laughing every time she did it.
