Early Retirement

So it is official...I am no longer working as a nurse in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit since Michael is close to graduating. Yah!! I am done putting my hubby through school, which I thought that we would never end, but it has actually gone by faster than I thought. I am going to miss using my skills, the babies and their families along with all my friends in the NICU, but I am SO excited to be with my family where I belong.

The other morning when Michael was getting ready to leave for work Jayla told him to stay home. She said, "Mommy, you go to work instead." Ha...I think she misses the daddy daughter time they used to get a couple times a month...I guess now they will have to just settle for daddy daughter dates.
