I was cleaning up breakfast as I heard Jayla exclaim, "I'm riding a horsie." I look over and see Jayla and Jessa giggling to each other. They KILL me!! They are so fun, cute, perfect, funny...I could go on for a while.
Never in a million years did we ever think that we would have the life that we have now. We think back a short 3 years ago when we first started the adoption process. How much our little family has changed since then and how much we have changed. Although, the journey has not always been easy, we know that the Lord has been with us the entire time and we know that He can heal all wounds. We have also found the most joy in following the plan that He has set for our family. Jayla and Jessa have been such a blessing in our lives. Because of them and their Birth-Mothers we are better, stronger, happier, and more faithful. We thank the Lord everyday for them and their Birth-Families...we are so LUCKY!
